1 Apply a sufficient amount of ageLOC Body Serum onto the target areas (e.g., upper arms, upper thigh/buttock, or abdomen) and begin your ageLOC WellSpa iO session.
2 Lightly glide the device over the skin up towards the center of your body and back down in slow, circular movements.
3 Reapply serum as needed during the session to ensure smooth, continuous connectivity between the skin and device. Massage any remaining serum into the skin.
For even better results, you can also follow the full Revitalise Regimen: (1) prepare your skin by cleansing with the ageLOC Body Polish in the shower, and (2) as a final step, apply ageLOC Dermatic Effects by massaging it in a firm, upward circular motion.

*An in vivo study has been conducted on female subjects between 25–60 years of age with mild to moderate cellulite on their upper thigh, upper arms and/or abdomen who were recruited to use an ageLOC WellSpa iO regimen. 33 of them used the following regimen: ageLOC Body Polish as an exfoliating cleanser, three times per week, in the above areas, the WellSpa iO device with ageLOC Body Serum for three minutes, three times per week, and ageLOC Dermatic Effects twice daily. Each area was evaluated by clinical grading and self-perception at baseline and weeks two, four, eight, and twelve. The back of the upper thigh was also evaluated by Cutometer instrumentation at these same time points.
