Returns and Exchanges

At Hudagenten, we want you to be completely satisfied with your products. We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your item.

Return Conditions

  • Returns apply only to unopened products with intact seals and original packaging.
  • Products that have been opened, tested, or used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons – cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act §22 letter g.
  • Full refunds are issued for items that meet the return conditions.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us
  2. Download and print the return label after registration.
  3. Attach the label clearly to the package.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the order number or packing slip.
  5. Deliver the package to Posten / Bring. Keep the receipt with the tracking number until the return has been received.

Once we have received and inspected the item, the purchase amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.


Exchange of Item

Would you like to exchange for a different variant or size?

  • Place a new order in the webshop at hudagenten.no.
  • Register the original item as a return via the return portal.
  • A refund for the returned item will be issued as soon as it has been received and inspected.

Complaints (Claims)

If a product is damaged or defective, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. The right to complain applies for 2 years from the date you received the item (5 years for products intended to last substantially longer).

To submit a complaint, send an email to kontakt@hudagenten.no including:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We always cover shipping costs for approved complaints.


Shipping Damage (DOA – Damage on Arrival)

If the package or product is damaged upon delivery, you must report this within 48 hours of receipt.

Register the case via return.shipmondo.com/hudagenten and upload photos of the packaging and product for quick processing.


Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected within the deadline and you have not notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, this is not considered valid use of the right of withdrawal.

Unclaimed packages are subject to a handling fee of NOK 199 to cover return and administration costs.
